  • Cancellations After Shipping: If you cancel after the order is shipped, the incurred shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Our Mistake: For incorrect, damaged, or defective items, we’ll provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
  • Customer Preference: For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike or wrong order), the buyer covers the return shipping costs.
  • Promotional Discounts: Refunds will account for any promotional discounts or free shipping by deducting the equivalent shipping rate from the refund amount.

Refund Process:

Approval: If approved, we’ll provide a Return Authorization Number and return instructions. Returns without this authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping the Return: Return the item(s) with original packaging and accessories within 7 business days of approval.

Refund Issuance: Once we receive the return, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
